Established in 2002, Tracey’s brings an additional element of refinement to Trinidad & Tobago and destination weddings. Our bespoke cakes are recognised for their sophistication, high attention to detail and for their refined taste. Our show stopping designs are perfect for weddings, parties and celebrations.
Based in Scarborough, we are proudly recommended by some of the top wedding venues and event planners.
"I have always loved cake but my turning point was my intense sweet cravings during my last pregnancy. I had to fulfil my cravings and started recipe hunting and experimenting. Sample tastings by friends and family became the weekend norm until the offer came to purchase. Since then I have been constantly developing new flavour combinations and learning new decorating skills to make my cakes and desserts grander, richer, classier and tastier. You can always find me in the kitchen baking, creating, tasting and designing."

The right cake designer is someone who understands your vision, has an eye for design, delivers on taste and can showcase the sugar. We believe that your cake should not only look good, but taste good as well.
Your wedding cake is designed from scratch to reflect your style whilst staying within your budget.
THE ORDER PROCESS
The Order Process
- Get in touch to check our availability as soon as you know your wedding date. You can either place a $500.00TTD deposit to reserve your date in advance or book a cake tasting for $250.00TTD. Both deposits are redeemed on your full cake order.
- We will arrange a mutually convenient time for you to sample some of our delicious flavours and we will discuss the design, theme and colour scheme of your cake. You will then receive a sketch of how I envision your cake. The final quote for your design, which is based on the flavours chosen, size, and complexity of design, will be emailed to you.
- The balance for the cake is due 2 weeks before your wedding day. Your wedding cake is personally delivered and set up so that you can relax knowing that everything will be according to plan.
